Çeşmeli Konak is thought to be built in the 19th century and after a successful restoration, it has become a antique hotel on 23 of April, 2002.

Çeşmeli Konak has become a member of list of World Heritance list by UNESCO. It's also one of the 1300 works of art that is protected by Community of Protection of Culture and Nature. It's placed in the center of the Safranbolu, located on Kazdağlıoğlu area.

The Hotel is located at a so central that the furthest place to see is 10 minutes to walk. Some of them can be seen from the sights of the Hotel.

Çeşmeli Konak reflects the characteristics of traditional Turkish houses' architecture. It has 8 rooms, decorated uniquely. All rooms have WC, Bath with 24 hours hot water, TV, telephone. The Hotel is heated thorough central heating system.

Çeşmeli Konak is managed by a family. The anchestors of this family has lived in this house.

The Hotel has had its name from the fountain located in its garden, which has been use by people living around here.
